Reiki Treatment | 60 minutes | £35
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that promotes relaxation and balances energy within the body. During a Reiki treatment, a practitioner lightly places their hands on or near the recipient, channeling universal life energy to help release tension, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing. Many people find Reiki to be a calming and restorative experience and is now widely used as a complementary therapy in NHS services.
Sound Healing Treatment | 75 minutes | £50
Includes an initial consultation. You are invited to rest in a cosy nest of blankets and pillows. Experience a personalised guided medication and sound journey using gongs, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes amongst other instruments. Find out more about Sound Healing
Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathwork | 75 minutes | £50
Includes an initial consultation. A Yoga, meditation or breathwork practise personalised to meet your specific aims and needs.
