Restful Resonance .png

Join me for a nurturing three-hour practice woven together to bring you back home to yourself. We'll begin with gentle meditation and breathwork (pranayama), arriving softly in our bodies before moving through a sequence of deeply restorative and yin yoga postures. Each posture will be held for between 2-5 minutes supported by plenty of props to allow the deep fascia network of the body to release, aiding freedom of movement and energy flow. Your physical practise will be accompanied by the harmonising tones of the crystal singing bowls to further support your deep rest and relaxation. In this workshop my offering to you is space to simply be - allow yourself to be supported by the props, sacred sound, silence and slowness.

We'll close with tea and homemade cake — a sweet, grounding way to gently return and reconnect before heading back into your day.

Calm & Cosy Yin Soundbath (1).png

Cosy up, stretch out and cultivate calm with this immersive afternoon of yin yoga and sound healing.

Claire, a qualified yoga teacher and physiotherapist, will guide us through gentle breathwork and a yin yoga sequence, whilst Lauren plays the harmonising and ethereal crystal singing bowls.

Lauren, a trained sound healing practitioner, will conclude with a nourishing yoga Nidra (meditation for yogic sleep) and sound bath Savasana.

Yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes using props to support. The intention is to relax the muscles and let the connective tissue (joints, ligaments & fascia) take the stress. This helps improve circulation, energy flow, range of motion and sustainability.

Teas, fruit and cakes included.

Suitable for beginners or those who have a regular practise.

Mat and props provided, though you may choose to bring your own cushion/blanket.

Expect oracle cards and a little spring equinox ritual to feel into the next season. Finishing with guided meditation and soundbath to rest and digest.

Suitable for beginners or those who have a regular practise

Free Parking is available behind High Corn Mill for the duration of the session.

Spring equinox .png

This Spring Equinox day retreat is an invitation to gently awaken, realign and renew.

Together we honour the turning of the wheel and the moment of perfect balance between light and dark. The Spring Equinox marks a powerful threshold — a time to emerge from winter’s inwardness, reconnect with vitality, and consciously step into the energy of growth and new beginnings.

As the earth begins to stir, I invite you to pause, to recalibrate, to clear away what no longer serves, and to welcome fresh energy with curiosity and care.

You’ll be guided with warmth and intention through a nourishing blend of traditional yogic practices, including gentle movement (Asana), breathwork (Pranayama), mantra, meditation, Yoga Nidra and a restorative sound bath — all designed to support balance, clarity and renewal.

The cost includes a nourishing homemade lunch, alongside warm drinks and sweet treats to delight the senses.

Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or completely new to yoga, you are warmly welcomed.

My approach to yoga is that it can be accessible to anyone with the right guidance and props. There is no one ‘right’ way to move — only what feels good in your body. I offer variations and support for all bodies.

I provide mats and all props. You might like to bring your own blanket and/or cushion for extra comfort. Wear comfy clothing — yoga clothes are simply whatever you feel most at ease in. Layers are best so you can adjust as needed

The session will take place in the studio upstairs at Westmorland CrossFit. There is disabled access.

Free parking is available for the duration of the event.

Candlelit Sound Meditation.png

Wander along the sculpted passages, admire the beautiful cave formations and breathe in the ambience of the cave in candlelight. This is an event like no other and an experience not to be missed!

We meet outside The Old Sawmill Cafe, Clapham. This is the start of the scenic 1.3 mile undulating gravel nature trail that leads to the cave entrance. The walk will take approximately 40 minutes and Lauren will provide prompts and invitations to soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings. The Cave journeys 0.3 miles (0.5km) underground, so we will walk a total of 0.6 miles (1km). There are two short stooping sections within the Cave, and there are no steps. The passages are well lit with floodlights throughout, which illuminates the calcite flows, stalactites and stalagmites.  It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the part of the cave where the sound meditation takes place. The sound meditation will last approximately 50 minutes. Following the event you can explore the surrounding footpaths or return via the trail. The event time takes in to consideration the walk back to the start of the trail (approximately 30 mins).

The cafe will be closed at the start of the trail but public toilets are available in the village at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Car Park. There are also toilets available to use once we reach the cave entrance and the shop will be open for refreshments and souvenirs. Ingleborough Cave can accommodate wheelchair users, providing that the person pushing the chair is physically fit enough to do so safely. Ingleborough Cave have 1 all terrain wheelchair available to pre-book and a manual chair to transfer to at the cave entrance. Please contact Ingleborough Cave directly to see if these are available prior to booking. The event will go ahead whatever the weather, unless it is unsafe to do so. Please wear appropriate waterproofs for the walk to/from the cave if it's raining. Camping chairs will be provided for the sound meditation, as the ground is cold and wet. The Cave is a cool 8 degrees centigrade throughout the year, so you must wrap up appropriately. You are welcome to bring what you need to be cosy and comfortable ~ a blanket, hot water bottle, neck pillow. There is a contraindication for those with a pacemaker or sound induced epilepsy. Disclosing any other health conditions helps me better support you during the event. Bookings are none refundable. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend you can gift your space to someone else. You must contact me to let me know and provide their details prior to the event day. In the event that we need to cancel the event a full refund will be issued minus the card processing fee.
