1:1 Support and Couples Sessions

At Fellbeing, I create tailored wellbeing experiences for groups of all kinds — from celebrations and workplace wellbeing to school sessions and festival offerings.


Whatever your event or audience, I’ll bring gentle movement, mindful practices and immersive sound healing crafted around your group’s goals. These experiences can take place in spaces you choose or a venue that suits your event.

Each booking is bespoke and can include yoga, soundbaths, breathwork, guided meditation or mindful movement depending on what your group needs.

Prices start from £70 for 1:1 sessions and from £120 for group bookings, with tailored pricing based on group size, location and format. 

I have a small amount of capacity to offer discounted sessions for local charitable organisations and public services. 

I commit to a minimum of two voluntary sessions per year on a first-come, first-served basis. Please get in touch to discuss what you need.

Wellbeing at work isn’t just about switching off for an hour — it’s about giving people practical tools they can carry into their working lives.

Fellbeing’s corporate wellbeing sessions combine immersive experiences such as yoga, sound healing and guided relaxation with simple, accessible techniques that staff can embed into their day-to-day routines. These may include breathwork for stress regulation, mindful movement for desk-based bodies, and grounding practices that support focus, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions are designed not only to help teams relax in the moment, but to empower individuals with skills they can return to again and again — supporting wellbeing long after the session has ended.

By equipping employees with tools to manage stress, improve concentration and regulate their nervous system, these sessions can contribute to:

Having worked as a Social Worker for seven years, I have a grounded understanding of workplace stress, emotional load and burnout. I draw on this to design wellbeing sessions that are practical, trauma-aware and relevant to real working lives.

Personalised wellbeing support that meets you where you are and moves at your pace.

I offer bespoke 1:1 and shared wellbeing sessions for individuals, partners or friends seeking more focused, personalised support. We begin by starting where you are, taking into account your current experience, capacity and intentions, and sessions are tailored to your goals and aims.

Sessions may include mindful movement, breathwork, guided relaxation and sound healing, woven together to support nervous system regulation, rest and self-awareness. Each session is shaped collaboratively, allowing the practices to respond to how you’re feeling on the day.

​People come to these sessions for many reasons, including support with:

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Anxiety and low mood

  • Sleep difficulties and insomnia

  • Peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms

  • Grief and loss

  • Chronic pain and ongoing physical tension

With a background in social work, my approach is grounded in compassion, care and respect for individual experience. Alongside my professional training, these practices are ones I have drawn on personally to navigate periods of depression and chronic stress, which deeply informs how I hold space and support others.

Shared Sessions (for Partners or Friends)

Shared sessions offer a supportive space to:

  • Slow down and reconnect together

  • Support shared calm and regulation

  • Explore gentle practices you can continue at home

These sessions are suitable for partners, friends or pairs who want to share a restorative experience, and are always shaped to feel inclusive, respectful and supportive of different dynamics and relationships.

Whether you’re attending on your own or with someone else, these sessions are designed to offer gentle, practical tools that can be embedded into everyday life, supporting wellbeing beyond the session itself.
